This policy explains what Hydro Clean SW does with the details you give us when you ask for a roof cleaning quote.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your postcode and the answers you give about your roof.
- Basic technical information about your visit, such as your browser type and which advert brought you here.
Why we collect it
We use your details to prepare your quote, to call or text you about it, and to confirm your mobile number is real so we aren't sent fake enquiries. We also use advertising information to understand which adverts bring genuine enquiries.
Who we share it with
- Twilio — sends the text message with your confirmation code.
- Meta (Facebook) — receives a signal that an enquiry happened, so we can measure our adverts.
We never sell your details to anyone.
Cookies
We use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to measure how well our adverts work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them for our records and to answer questions about work we've done.
